2007年10月6日，经过短暂的一小时停机切换，SCT新的IBM生产主机平稳上线运行。新生产主机的成功上线标志着SCT生产主机系统迈入IBM时代。借助世界IT巨头的技术优势，SCT致力于打造先进、灵活而稳定的IT系统，不断提升码头操作效率和安全保障，更全面提升实时和个性化的客户服务。
随着SCT码头规模的不断扩大和业务量的快速增长，原有的生产主机已逐渐不能满足大量的数据操作要求和不断变化的客户服务需求。为此，经全面评估，SCT决定引入IBM新P系列小型机作为新生产主机，并在此基础上架构了极具高可用性的主机集群系统和容灾备份系统，形成先进的码头管理系统运行硬件环境，以配合公司未来的业务增长预期。正式上线前的大量业务测试证明，新主机集群完全能够满足SCT未来的生产要求，并为向码头客户提供更优质稳定的IT增值服务提供了坚实的基础。
此次主机切换，借助IBM丰富的项目管理经验和雄厚的技术实力，并成功引入天津海泰(High-Tech)先进的Oracle数据迁移工具，使得全部停机时间不超过一小时，全部用户电脑不作任何更改，直接切换到新主机系统上，把对生产的影响降到最低点。

SCT introduces IBM advanced technology for better IT service
On 6th Oct 2007, the new operational system host provided by IBM
was successfully put into operation, which remarked that SCT
operational system host has entered IBM times. With the dominant
technology of IT giant, SCT is dedicated to provide customers with
real-time, customertailed IT valueadded service by establishing an
advanced, flexible and stable IT system.
As the fast growth of SCTs scale and business, the used operational
system hostis notable to meet the need of mass operations and changeful
customer service. Therefore, SCT decides to adopt the latest P series of
IBM as the new operational system host.
Based on this system host there are the highusability cluster system and
disaster recovery system composing advanced hardware for administration
system in orderto keep the same pace with anticipative growth. The
repeating testing proves that the new operational system host is absolutely
qualified for the requirement of SCTs future operations and provides a
reliable base for SCT who is destined to offer customers excellent IT
service.
The suspension lasts less than one hour during the switch
of system host with the help of IBM’s experience and leading technology.
By High-Techs Oracle data migration tool, all applications canconnect
with the new system without any configuration change on clients’
computers. In this way, the influence of operation was reduced to the
minimum.
