Ms. Rowena B. Ybanez: TNL Express Worldwide (TERRA-NAVIS LOGISTICS & EXPRESS WORLDWIDE) Corp. was incorporated in 2011. The shareholding is 40% Japanese company - Oakwave (Philippines) Corp., which is a subsidiary of Oakwave Japan Corporation and the 60% are Filipino individual Professional from Courier, Freight Forwarding and Manufacturing industry.
TNL Express is Registered and Licensed as Airfreight Forwarder by the Civil Aeronautics Board (CAB); as International Forwarder and NVOCC by Philippine Shippers' Bureau (PSB); as PEZA Zone Enterprise by Philippine Export Processing Zone Authority (PEZA); as Freight Forwarder by Bureau of Customs (BOC); issued an Authority to Operate in Ports by Philippine Ports Authority (PPA).
TNL Express may be new as a company but our client base and business operation is well in placed and established.

JCtrans: What do you think is the most important thing to run a logistics company nowadays?
Ms. Rowena B. Ybanez: I think the most important thing is PEOPLE. And this is our biggest investment. While Freight, Warehouse and Delivery Trucks were all parts of financial investment, for us, our People is the most important thing to run a logistics business.
JCtrans: Would you please talk about the current logistics industry in Philippines? Are there any advantages or problems?
Ms. Rowena B. Ybanez: Philippines logistics industry is highly potential. It is gradual but steady. With highly competent, flexible and technical people, governments open market policy and continuous infrastructure development. Business language is a plus factor.
JCtrans: Finally, will you please talk about the prospect of TNL Express Worldwide Corporation? Or what's your strategic planning for the next 3 or 5 years? Ms. Rowena B.
