Interview with mr. Juan in Argentina, the manager of Sky cargo

JCtrans: Please make a brief introduction about your company?

Mr. Juan: We are SKY CARGO, an Argentinean company of International Logistics. We provide services in all the logistic chain in activities related with foreign trade. We are part of a network with 70 independent and autonomous agents, that operates actively in more than 250 cargo cities, handling airfreight and sea freight shipments around the world; fulfill high quality standards and offer the capacity and global reach of a multinational cargo agent, with a personalized service in the constant search of solutions for the customer¡¯s logistic requirements in this competitive world and in the present economy.

JCtrans: Please talk about how could you get a big market in your country?

Mr. Juan: I think the key point is our rates and services. Because we have a good relationship with shipping lines, we could get very good rates. Every body knows rates are very important to attract customers in this industry . We have very aggressive price policies.And the other fact is service. We serve all our customers to be content, we think what they have not noticed sometime,and we could keep them stay. When they have containers they will come back to us.
These two poins seem very simple, but we could come across serious difficluties. Such how could you get a cheap price from shipping line? And how could you serve your customers meticulousnessly? That is all we should consider.

JCtrans: Please talk about the situation about the logistics industry in your country ?

Mr. Juan: Argentina, it¡¯s one of the most important countries in Latin-America. Import centre of China, USA, Europe and Latinoamerica. Therefore, the logistics industry is very developed here. It is means we have lots of chances also. Many foreign freight forwarders also find chances here. Chances mean businesses and competition.

JCtrans: Woul you please talk about your experience to explore market ?

Mr. Juan: In my opinion, it depends on the customers. Some customers like to use the computer to contact with customers. To these customers, we should join on line logistic association such as JCtrans. While some customers like to find customers or parterners off line. Then we should take part in some exhibitions to introduce ourselves then we could make a good relationship with them. In all, we should make ourselves reliable and make the relationship stronger and stronger.

JCtrans: Please talk about your plan in future?

Mr. Juan: Sky cargo have target - to be one of the most important freight forwarders in Argentina, so we should make efforts unceasingly. Our business now has been spread all over the world. And we have air department, ocean department, customers department, and more than 400 square ware house. We have confidence as only we make effort we will be one of the strongest freight forwarders in our country.
