2011-5-4

JCtrans: Hello, Mack. Firstly, will you please make a brief introduction of your company?

Mr. Mack: First of all, we are grateful to receive such as an opportunity to be interviewed by JCtrans.net.

Brief Introduction about Alliance: Alliance Shipping Services has been established in years 2003 by a group of experienced former Inchcape (Thailand) executives. Since the started, Mr. Somphong and Ms.Arunee, the founders have set a superior example for their subordinates to follow their patch and foot steps ensuring "the best services for clients".

Thanks to our superior performance, we have expanded our offices in Maptaphut and Sriracha port to enlarge our scope of work as well as to increase our customer satisfaction to the highest level.

At present time, our core business is mainly targeted in shipping agency, chartering and trading business fully coverage of land & sea logistic in Thailand and abroad.

JCtrans: Nowadays, the competition in logistics industry is becoming fiercer and fiercer. What do you think are your advantages to survive and grow in the competition?

Mr. Mack: Yes. We are fully of confident that our business will grow dramatically in the upcoming years.

Our key advantages above other competitors is the reputation and performance record which been accepted and regard as the best ship agency according to Thailand terminal annual survey.

JCtrans: Would you please talk about your concept of running a shipping service company?

Mr. Mack: Honest and integrity is the key to succeed in business. If we are uncertain in the particular subject, we will not touch our fingers to unknown areas. On the other hands, we do what we do best.

JCtrans: Would you please talk about the shipping market in Thailand? Is there any disadvantages?

Mr. Mack: If there are any disadvantages in Thailand shipping, one could argue that Thailand shipping market will depend on the global economy. Major unpredicted disaster likes the one in Middle East or The Tsunami in Japan can affect Thailand economic badly since the affected countries must regain themselves from the crisis by reducing the total spent and invested money in exported market such as Thailand results in trade imbalance and deficit in Thai market.

JCtrans: Would you please talk about the prospect of your company?

Mr. Mack: We will continue to grow our business strictly holding on to the concept of "Alliance serve the best service for clients". If we can maintain our superior record, we will never have to worry about seeking future clients and opportunity because our previous record already show what we are capable of.
