Mr. Phu: Even PSC Co.,ltd till a young new company, it was established from 2009 but with target growing by providing best service and quality thus from the beginning we started by focus create and build global network agency systems which supporting us provide global service to our customer .Moreover with our full range of operate in Sea & air freight forwarding, customs clearance, warehousing, domestic transportation etc¡with a staffs are young people but almost graduated from import-export speciality, enthusiasm of young people we have enough all ability to provide to our customer an professional and the best service.
JCtrans: Would you please talk about your strategy of constantly expanding business in order to achieve steady development?
Mr. Phu: As you may know well, in logistic industry with many competitor in the same field therefore to expand business a tendency potential is handle import shipment from oversea countries to our located it was suitable with our target so in an point of view we can see it like our strategy. Beside that we are also try to expand our business which we may get benefit from our Trading section.
JCtrans: Nowadays, logistics industry develops rapidly, which also makes the competition more and more fierce. So are there any market fallings in logistics industry in Vietnam? What are they?
Mr. Phu: For market falling in logistic industry in Vietnam we can say we have problems that is till many Vietnam exporter they sale their product on the international market following FOB term only, so we really hard to be their logistic provider when the buyer already nominated their forwarding agent¡ lack and weak of port facilities, logistic infrastructure also our falling points.
