JCtrans: Would you please make a brief introduction about your company?
Lina: LeadOne was founded on June.2005 on Dongguan, China, the initially professional business is the basic service of logistics: trucking and customs broker service. From 2006 to 2010 we have established 6 branch companies in Hong Kong, Dongguan, Iran and other cities. If you are a forwarder, we would like share our advantage and accept your predominance into our company to make perfect logistics way to mutual profit.
JCtrans: Your company is a newly-developed company with 5 years history, have you ever met any difficulties and how do you manage to develop steadily?
Lina: We are young, so we are flexibility on our system, we are young, so we active in innovation. The smooth moving based on our management team who are full of experiences and have super insight, and also we have nice operation team. When economic crisis coming, many companies reduced staffs for cost control. Our management as a special insight on this problem, for us, economic crisis is a chance. There may be not so much full container shipment, but there would be a good chance for small shipment, which just match our new idea of relying on small shipment. So, we hired more staffs, and extended our business to small package service by Express door delivery via DHL, UPS, FEDEX, and TNT, EMS and airfreight; airfreight did push door service, and sea freight DDU/DDP service to Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Taiwan Dubai, USA£¬Jakarta£¬Bangkok by LCL.Finally, we got many inquiries and orders everyday. So we have got a leading position on small shipment.
JCtrans: As the overseas manager, what do you think is your advantage of your overseas business?
Lina: It¡¯s a good question, most of forwarding company only handle sea freight or airfreight, our company provide service for whole international logistics scope with professional experience ranging from delivery, trucking, supply export documents, insurance, fumigation, certificate, customs declaration to sea freight by LCL, FCL, airfreight and door delivery which could make one-stop service between China and overseas market. Relying on those resources, we could accordingly handle oversea clients' shipment with even lower rate.
JCtrans: Would you please talk about how do you explore your overseas market?
Lina: We got client's information on internet such as Baidu, Googl and Jctrans. I think it is important to find the customers when they have inquiries, we should take actions promptly by quoting with satisfied rate which should be firm, so as to get the real deal.
JCtrans: We all know as a logistic person you have to bear huge pressure, would you please talk about how do you balance the pressure between work and life?
Lina: Shipping is really a tough job. I play badminton with our group weekly. I like watching TV and listening to music for relaxation.
