-Education and technical know how about the industry.

-Basic training with certificates.

-Good office location and assets (equipment).

-Initial capital is required.

-Well experienced personnel and staffs have to be involved.

JCtrans: Would you please talk about the current logistics industry in Nigeria? Are there any advantages or problems?

Mr. James Kuti: Logistic industry in Nigeria is encouraging and has a wider coverage.

It is an industry that attracts investors and amount invested will always yield a good return.

Nigeria imports 90% of goods from foreign countries like China, U.S.A, Dubai, etc, as also Nigeria is the largest black Africa country in the world both in size and population.

What I can think as disadvantage is the competition in the shipping industry in Nigeria but with your good management and approach to business, you will surely carve a niche to your company.

JCtrans: Finally, will you please talk about the prospect of Multi Express Logistix Ltd.? Or what's your strategic planning for the next 3 or 5 years?

Mr. James Kuti: Our company prospect in 3 - 5 years time is to be renowned world leading freight forwarding company.
