JCtrans: Hello, Mr. Reza Hosseini. Firstly, will you please make a brief introduction of Armin Shipping & International Transport Company?

Mr. Reza Hosseini: Armin Shipping & International Transport Company is specialized in multi-transportation which is a leading sea, rail, air and in-land transportation.

Company background:

Armin Co. was established in 1995, which in its works life has grown and developed, customization has been our priority and that is one of the core reasons to our success.

JCtrans: Armin Shipping & International Transport Company is a long established company. There must be outstanding enterprise characteristics formed in the development. So will you please talk about this?

Mr. Reza Hosseini: We have policy of openness. Being a good listener and having a bit psychologist, also we have good relationship with our customers so that on our strategic planning basis causes make them as core-customers.

JCtrans: Would you please talk about your core-competitiveness?

Mr. Reza Hosseini: we are concentrated on transportation especially all merchandise which shall be transit to CIS countries via Iran, then import.

JCtrans: Would you please talk about the current logistics industry in Iran? Are there any advantages or problems?

Mr. Reza Hosseini: Well, obviously the key points are getting the business. That means you are responsible for where the business goes, how it grows and also the flexibility that you have in your own running business.

Meanwhile regarding fiscal matter, the budget shall be fund by whom and the staff you have on board could be such problems and challenging. So consequently we have policy advisors and solicitors to enable us sort the problems out.

JCtrans: Finally, will you please talk about the future development of Armin Shipping & International Transport Company?

Mr. Reza Hosseini: Armin Shipping & INT'L Trans Co. has good potential to develop its market segmentation further and make its potential client as regular even as a core-customer.
