Youship launches new service from south China to Europe

2008-4-30

Youship.com, Maersk's online booking system designed for small and mid-sized shippers, has announced a new service with an end-of-week cut-off from Yantian to Rotterdam, Hamburg, Felixstowe, Southampton, Zeebrugge and Bremerhaven.

"We are also launching a new import service from ROT to China and Japan. The fast and direct services covers seven ports in China and three ports in Japan with special rates during the launch period," said Youship's head of product and pricing Peter Moller.

Special rates and incentives at launch include a 'happy hour highcube'- ship 40 foot high cube for the price of normal 40-foot - on bookings from Yantian to Europe, and a Youship weekly "Lucky Draw" including a prize trip for two to Europe, according to Mr Moller.
