Mr. Zhang: Since last year, I pay much attention to promote their abilities, including training and the other activities, old employees help new ones. Also, there is praise for good job. That is my goal of this year.

JCtrans: You have good sense of marketing, which made you grasp the chance .With the development, how do you think of the future competition?

Mr. Zhang: I don’t worry about the competition. The key problem is competition ability. You do it early, then you get it early.

Since exporting is the biggest profits to order, most of us focus on that. But more and more shipping companies are opening, the profit must be more and more. So my best choice----JCtrans, gave me a lot of information. we are planning to develop oversea market within 5 years. If it is not professional, we will lose the competition. So we must try our bests to make full use of resources to look for bigger development.
