我们想在此重申并再次强调，在订舱过程中准确申报货物验证重量（VGM）对船舶航行、
载货安全和船员安全均万分重要和必要。对此，我们需要您的密切配合，并严格遵守《国
际海上人命安全公约》（SOLAS）和《中华人民共和国船舶安全监督规则》，确保货物
的实际重量不超过所载集装箱的最大有效载荷，且与您所申报的货物验证重量的误差不超
过 5%或 1 吨（以较小者为准）。
We wish to reiterate hereby that your provision of accurate cargo VGM during the booking
process is quite important and essential to the safety of our vessels as well as that of cargo
and crews onboard. We therefore appreciate your full support and strict compliance to
the SOLAS Convention as well as the PRC Vessel Safety Supervision Measures, ensuring
that the actual weight of your cargo is no more than the container’s max payload and
moreover, its deviation with the cargo VGM you declare is no more than 5% or 1 ton
(whichever is less).
为了保障船货和船员安全，您的货物可能会在堆场、码头或其他条件允许的地方被重新称
重。一旦发现有违前述规定，您将需要按照我们提单背面条款第 25 条第（5）款和 2021
年 10 月 25 日发布的有关错误申报费的客户通知支付非危货错误申报费 7,000 美元或危货
错误申报费 17,000 美元，并承担我们因您错误申报所引起或与之有关的一切损失、费用
和责任。同时，我们保留向海关、港口和海事局等相关部门披露错误申报相关信息的权利。
In order to secure the safety of our vessels, cargo and crews, your cargo maybe reweighed
at depot, terminal or any other place where the condition permits. In case any violation to
the above provisions is identified, you will be requested to pay the non-DG misdeclaration
fee of USD7,000 or the DG misdeclaration fee of USD17,000 according to article 25.(5) of
our BL terms & conditions and our Customer Advisory for Mis-declaration Fee dated 25
Oct 2021, and you will be held liable for any and all loss, expenses and liabilities incur to
us arising out of or in connection with your misdeclaration of the cargo VGM. Meanwhile,
we reserve our right to disclose the relevant information of your misdeclaration to Customs,
Port, MSA and/or any other relevant authorities.
