CONDITIONS

1.

The Bank may send any message relative to telegraphic transfer in explicit language, code, or cipher and is not to be liable for errors, neglects or defaults of any correspondents, subagent ,or other agency.

2.

The Bank shall not be liable for any loss or damage due to delay in payment or in giving advice of payment, loss of items in transit or otherwise, mutilation, error, omission, interrupt, on or delay in transmission or delivery of any item, letter, telegram or cable or the actions of our correspondents, subagent, or other agency, or declared or undeclared war, censorship, blockade, insurrection, civil commotion, or any law decree, regulation,controll, restriction or other act of a domestic or of foreign government or other group or groups excercising governmental powers, act or event beyond our controll, or from its being misinterpreted upon receipt.

Any request for amendment or cancellation has to be made by the applicant/remitter in person upon production of proper identity documents and remittance receipts and refund can only be made by the Bank upon receipt of its correspondent's effective confirmation of cancellation and at the Bank's current buying rate for the currency of the remittance at the time of refund.  The Bank is entitled to reimbursement from the applicant/remitter of the expenses so incurred by itself and its correspondents or agents.  All cable/postage charges and commission collected are not refundable.

4.

Applicant/remitter should note that charges may be levied by the Bank's correspondents or agents which vary from time to time.  All charges incurred are for the account of the beneficiary, however, the Bank is entitled to reimburse from the applicant/remitter for the expenses of the Bank, its correspondents and agents.

5.

Instruction for stop payment will not be accepted unless the draft is lost, where such instruction is accepted the Bank may make such charges as it considers appropriate.

6.

The Bank will not be responsible for mail service failure if demand draft is despatched on behalf of the applicant/remitter.

7.

The Bank reserves the right to draw this outward remittance on a different place from that specified by the applicant if operational circumstances required.

8.

The applicant/remitter is asked to show identity documents if necessary.

9.

Please retain your remittance receipt in a safe place for any enquiries.

有关电汇汇款的一切电文，本行可用显白言语、暗码或密码发出，对于代理行或同业之一切错误、疏忽或过失，本行概不负责。

2.

倘因下列情况而引致之任何损失，包括：款项交付或通知延误，书函、电报或其他文件在寄发或传送途中遗失、残缺、错误、遗漏、中断或延误，代理行或同业之行为，战争，检查，封锁，叛变或骚乱，本地或外国政府或其他行政机构所实施之一切法律、规令、条例、管制及其他难以控制之事故，或由于收到时误解，本行概不负责。

此汇款如需更改或取消，汇款人须亲自携带身份证明文件和汇款收据到本行办理，并须候本行接到外国同业通知证明汇款已取消，及根据外国同业实际退回之款项，依照本行当日买入价折算退回汇款人。本行有权要求汇款人负担所有因此而引致之费用。所有电报费、邮费及佣金恕不退还。

汇款人应注意代理行可能收取不同之费用，一切费用，由收款人支付，但本行有权要求汇款人赔偿所有因汇款而引起之一切费用。

5.

 除遗失汇票外，本行不受理停止支付。倘一经接受，本行有权要求汇款人赔偿所有因此汇款而引起之一切费用。

6.

如汇款系代汇款人寄出，本行不负邮误之责。

7.

如因操作情况所需，本行保留权利于汇款人指定地点以外不同地点支付汇款。

8.

如需要，汇款人须向银行出示有关身份证明文件。

9.

请保留好汇款收据，以便查询。
