For the purpose of driving the agricultural product exporting enterprises to reinforce the supervision on export credit risks and raising the international competitiveness of the agricultural product exporting enterprises, matters concerning supporting agricultural product exports by utilizing export credit insurance are notified as follow:

1. Establish the mechanism on supporting agricultural product exports.

2. Enhance the publicity and encouraging the related enterprises to buy export credit insurance.

3. Relax the fund tension of agricultural product enterprises and increase the credit rating of the enterprises.

4. Provide value-added services concerning credit insurance to agricultural product enterprises.

5. Provide convenient services to small and medium sized agricultural product exporting enterprises.
