6. Innovating enterprises management mode, enhancing sharing of basic information in field of import and export, and regulation import and export of enterprises.

7. Carrying out measures of convenient inspection and quarantine of brand name export commodities.

8. Vigorously exploring reform of inspection mode.

9. Speeding up electronic clearance and supervision.

10. Enlarging enterprise scope enjoying “convenient clearance”.

11. Stepping up network management of account book of processing trade electronic.

12. Regulating intermediary service markets of international commodity agent, declaration, and declaring for inspection.
