In order to reinforce the management and improvement of technology export, matters of concern are listed as follows:

1. All the local departments shall act in accordance with Regulation on the Administration of Technology Import and Export of PRC (hereinafter referred to as Regulation) and Measure on the Administration of Contract Registration of Technology Import and Export (hereinafter referred to as Measure), attach importance to the work on technology export and well accomplish the online registration of the technology export contracts.

2. Reinforce the guidance on contract registration of technology export enterprises and provide further convenience to make contract registration.

3. Ministry of Commerce shall examine the statistic data of the provinces and cities, which shall be notified to related departments as from January in 2007.
