In accordance with requirements of development of overall arrangement of distributing network, the PetroChina and SinoPec applied for adjustment of enterprises qualified for the wholesale of processed oil. In line with related regulations of Administrative Licensing Law of the People’s Republic of China, State Council’s Decision on Setting up Administrative Commission for Projects of Administrative Examination and Approval to Be Reserved as well as Provisional Measures on Administration of Processed Oil Market, Ministry of Commerce examined and approved adjustment scheme of enterprises qualified for the wholesale of processed oil that was proposed by PetroChina and SinoPec, deciding to cancel qualifications of wholesale of processed oil of 5 companies, namely, Xuecheng Petroleum Branch of PetroChina in Zaozhuang , Shandong, Yucheng Petroleum Branch of PetroChina in Deizhou, Shandong, Tianhao Petroleum Products Sales Corporation in Tianjin, Hongguang Oil Plant of Shanghai Petroleum Group and Yuntong Petroleum Corporation Limited of Beijing Zhongyou, and endow another 5 companies with qualifications of wholesale of processed oil, including Zhonghua Processed Oil Sales Corporation Limited of SinoPec, Oriental Petroleum and Chemical Corporation Limited of Shanxi, Mingyuan Petroleum and Chemical Corporation Limited of Dalian, Orwell International Trading Firm of Dalian Bonded Zone and Far East Hongbo Oil products Corporation Limited of Beijing.
