For purposes of adapting market development, better regulating business of professional intermediary organs, safeguarding market order of insurance intermediary, promoting healthy development of insurance intermediary market and protecting the legal interests of policyholders and insurants, China Insurance Regulatory Commission plans to startup revision of Administrative Regulations on Public Insurance Evaluation (China Insurance Regulatory Commission Decree No.3, 2001), Administrative Regulations on Insurance Agencies (China Insurance Regulatory Commission Decree No.14, 2004) and Administrative Regulations on Insurance Management Organs (China Insurance Regulatory Commission Decree No.15, 2004)， and now is soliciting comments from parts of the society.
