Temporary Punishment Measures on Behaviour of Writing Export Invoice at a Lower Price were adopted at 15th ministerial conference of the Ministry of Commerce, and agreed by General Administration of Customs. These measures are hereby published and implemented after 3 months as of the date of promulgation.
