In accordance with relative regulations on Foreign Trade Law of PRC and Regulation of the People's Republic of China on the Administration of the Import and Export of Goods, 2007 Qualification Standards and Application Procedure for Coke Exporting Enterprises is now promulgated so as to further enhance exporting management and regulate export operation order on coke.
Foreign invested enterprises are not included.
