For purposes of implementing Guiding Opinions of Ministry of Commerce, National Development and Reform Commission, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Science and Technology, General Administration of Customs, State Taxation Administration, State Administration of Industry and Commerce and State Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision on Supporting Development of Famous Brand of Export, optimizing composition of exported commodities and stimulating transition of growth mode of foreign trade, here put forward opinions on supporting the development of best-selling export brands.

1. To realized the importance and urgency of the construction of best-selling export brands;
2. Guiding ideology, working goals and fundamental principles of the development of best-selling export brands;
3. To build an favorable environment of system and environment for building of best-selling export brands;
4. To establish a sound system to promote and guarantee the development of best-selling export brands;
