Circular of the Ministry of Commerce and China Export and Credit Insurance Corporation of the People’s Republic of China, on Further Supporting the Export of Agricultural Products by Utilizing the Export Credit Insurance-China

The departments of commercial administration in all the provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities, separately listed cities, and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, as well as all the business institutions of China Export and Credit Insurance Corporation:

In order to further promote the export of agricultural products with predominance and raise the international competitiveness of the export enterprises of agriculture products, matters concerning supporting the export of agricultural products by utilizing the export credit insurance are notified as follows:

1. Establish working mechanism on supporting the export of agricultural products.
2. Intensify the publicity and encourage the enterprises to buy Export Credit Insurance.
3. Relax the capital tension situation of the agricultural product enterprises, and raise credit level of these enterprises.
4. Provide value-added services, related with Export Credit Insurance, to the enterprises of agricultural product export.
5. Provide convenient services to the small and medium sized enterprises of agricultural product export.

All the related departments shall well complete the implementation task and feed back to Ministry of Commerce and China Export and Credit Insurance Corporation about the new problems concerned.
