In accordance with Regulation of the People's Republic of China on the Administration of the Import and Export of Goods and related commitment on China’s entry into the WTO, the Allowable Import Quantities, the Distribution Principles and the Application Procedures of the Crude Oil of Non-state Trade in 2007 is now promulgated.
All the qualified crude import enterprises could raise the application, the time limit for which is from October 10, 2006 to November 10, 2006.
