In accordance with Regulation of the People's Republic of China on the Administration of the Import and Export of Goods and related commitment on China’s entry into the WTO, the Total Import Amount, Distribution Principle and Application Procedure of Tariff Quota of Chemical Fertilizer in 2007 is now promulgated.
All the qualified chemical fertilizer import enterprises could raise the application, the time limit for which is from October 10, 2006 to November 10, 2006.
