Lotus, A Best and Wal-Mart will launch store-opening storm in Jinan, Shandong Province, for the second time.

Lotus's second store in Jinan has been built and is under busy fitment. Related principals from Lotus revealed that the store covers an area of 20 square meters and would be opened before the end of 2006.

A Best released its plan to open the second store in Jinan, which would be settled at Kong village west of Jinan and is scheduled to be opened in November 2006.

The market source that Wal-Mart will open its second store in Jinan is denied by its principals, however.

A Best, Wal-Mart and Lotus marched into Jinan in January 2003, September 2003 and January 2005 respectively. This time, these retailing giants intent to compete again in the populous city.
