'K' Line, MOL launches second FE-WCSA loop, increases capacity 65pc

"K" LINE and MOL are expected to launch second FE-WCSA loop, enhancing their Far East-Mexico-WCSA services, with a 65 per cent capacity increase and improved transit times, reports AXS-Alphaliner News.

The existing New Andes service is now split into two weekly loops, said the French agency. The New Andes 1 will have nine ships of 2,500 TEU each. The New Andes 2 will deploy eight chartered ships of 1,550-1,700 TEU.
