TNT Freight Management has embraced its Geodis Wilson rebranding, which is due to be finalised by the end of 2007.

As a consequence of the rebranding, all activities within TNT Freight Management will be conducted under the Geodis Wilson brand, excluding a few subsidiaries that are still awaiting approval for the new legal name from local authorities. Geodis Overseas, the existing air and sea freight business will also be rebranded to the Geodis Wilson brand.

“The merger is releasing tremendous entrepreneurial energy. We will increase the number of offices, launch new services and invest in our online tools. I am extremely pleased to confirm that the process of our merger plan is very well on track,” said divisional chief executive officer Jeff Hoogesteger.
