POSTED: 9:34 a.m. EDT, January 25,2007

The board of directors of CEVA Logistics (formerly TNT Logistics) has appointed John Pattullo as its CEO effective once he leaves DHL Exel in the second half of 2007.

A company statement said Mr Pattullo is currently the COO of the EMEA division of DHL Exel Supply Chain.

The company said that the current CEO, Dave Kulik, will continue in his post until the appointment of Mr Pattullo becomes effective and will subsequently assume the position of CEVA vice chairman.

Gareth Turner, a partner of Apollo Management based in London and a CEVA board member said: "Dave has done an excellent job since assuming the CEO role in late 2003, leading the turnaround of the business and facilitating the transition of the company to Apollo's ownership. CEVA is poised for a new period of exciting growth and the organisation is now focused on delivering innovative supply chain solutions and achieving day-to-day operational excellence."
