MOL introduces new group logo
POSTED: 8:03 a.m. EDT, April 9,2007

JAPANESE shipping line MOL introduced a new group logo mark on April 1, which the company said is aimed at its long-term vision, namely: "To make the MOL Group an excellent and resilient organisation that leads the world shipping industry."

The new logo mark is the acronym of Mitsui OSK Lines and uses the three letters MOL against a deep-blue background, which symbolises the sea.

A company statement explained that with the new logo, which will be used worldwide, will reinforce its group-wide strength and further expand its global business, as the world's leading, sustainability growing ocean shipping group.
