Nov 11 -- "K" Line Logistics Ltd. (KLL) established "K" Line Logistics (Australia) Pty. Ltd., a new company in Melbourne which started operation officially as from 1st of September 2006.

It is a joint-venture with Kawasaki (Australia) Pty. Ltd. with its head office in Sydney, an overseas subsidiary of Kawasaki Kisen Kaisha Ltd. ("K" Line, mother company of KLL).
