Toll Group/Footwork Express

Australia's Toll Group is to acquire Japanese express freight operator Footwork Express, one of the country's top 10 domestic logistics providers. Toll has held a 36% stake since April 2006, and will pay A$95m (US$86m) for the remaining 64%.
