JCtrans:Would you please make a breif introduction of your company.

Lena Lee:Our company main engage in ocean shipment for FCL,LCL and air transportation that ship from Shantou or Shenzhen to Southeast, Japan, Korea, India, Taiwan, Middle east and Europe, we also offer trailer, customs clearance and warehouse service to clients.

JCtrans:Would you please talk about your core-competitiveness.

Lena Lee:We booking directly with carrier or their agent and provide security for our clients. In Shantou, our related services are excellent. We could meet the customers' requirement anytime and anywhere. In addition, our colleagues are very professional, most of them had above 4 years working experience in logistic, we could make a feedback quickly for customers' different requirements.

JCtrans:What do you think is the most important thing to run a logistics company.

Lena Lee:I think the most important is the company's culture and corporate operation idea. In the service industry, we should focus on customer's requirements and improve the satisfaction of them, which need efficient and professional cooperation by our workmate. We admire that be sincere to our clients, working step by step and be more professional and intently.

JCtrans:Would you please talk about the situation of logistic industry in your country? 

Lena Lee:I think it mainly in buyer market, our suppliers had more transport initiative, so orders of FOB had more market share and we should put more effort on oversea buyer market. Besides, many buyers in Shantou didn't know that most of products could ship from Shantou directly as toys, ceramics, stainless steel an so on, there is no need to load at Shenzhen, Xiamen, Ningbo, Shanghai.

JCtrans:Would you please talk about the outlook for next year? 

Lena Lee:The market situation is changing each year, perhaps the European and American market will be good, I am not sure about that now.

JCtrans:We all know logistic people should bear huge pressure, would you please talk about how could you balance your life and your work; 

Lena Lee:Our company had been run for 8 years, I am so luckily to have these great colleagues to work with me. We make progress together. When one of us be in trouble, we solve the problems together. Because of them, I could coordinate my life and my job well. Even though our job should bear huge pressure, we work happily and smoothly.

JCtrans:Would you please talk about your strategy to explore foreign market? 

Lena Lee:We will spread our business and information for our port of Shantou. Maybe Shenzhen is not strange to many clients at all, but they are not familiar with Shantou. In fact, it is very convenient that ship from Shantou and make customs clearance here. We also have direct line to Taiwan, Singapore, Korea, Philippines etc. There are a lot of schedule to any port .We can find that the DOOR price is lower than Shenzhen generally. So we will do more to spread our service advantages to the oversea competitors.

JCtrans:Would you please talk about the feeling in this area for so many years? 

Lena Lee:I have gone into logistics for 15 years, every day something new appears. Actually it is not easy to do any industry, but I love my job very, I enjoy the achievement what my job gives to me. It will be my lifelong career till retire.
