We needed to export a 20' container of Dental Units to America in June of this year; so we contacted two American agencies which were recommended by JCtrans. First we asked the agencies whether we could use our B/L or should use theirs to handle our cargo, and then we confirmed their freight rates. Finally, we made enquiries for all services including door to door delivery and customs clearance. After both agencies confirmed their prices we consigned the goods to the agency with the cheapest price and our cargo was shipped to America successfully.
The most important thing during cooperation with an agent is fast communication; if you delay you may lose the chance. The quality of service is also important; only if we provide good and effective services will we gain more opportunities to cooperate with other agencies.
