Success Story: Patience is Indispensable when Communicate with Agencies

As we needed to export two truckloads of colour coated steel coil to Kazakhstan in July of this year, the service personnel at JCtrans recommended to us an agent in Kazakhstan named Gabit. We sent an email to Gabit immediately, but they still hadn't replied to us several days later. We asked the customer services at JCtrans to contact the agency for us and find out what was happening. A short time later we received a reply from the manager of Gabit, who apologized for the delay in communication, explaining it was due to a business trip.

During the following days I stayed in touch with Gabit by MSN, and even called the manager on occasions if I had something important to discuss. The customer service staff at JCtrans suggested this strategy and informed me that sometimes making a telephone call is the best choice .I feel very happy with our new partnership and I greatly appreciate the help of JCtrans.

From then on, we contacted Gabit directly if we had any enquiries, and they replied promptly. If we thought the price was right we would give them the shipment order, and they would help us to handle the overseas transportation.

Our relationship is now going from strength to strength, and we plan to go to Kazakhstan in September or October of this year to visit Gibit. We are looking forward to meeting with them and I believe this will increase our cooperation and bring mutual benefits to both companies.
