We had a 20' GP container transshipment from China to Melbourne, so we needed an agent in Australia to collect the ocean freight and deliver it to the consignee. Our first choice was JCtrans. We contacted Robert Wood from CT FREIGHT (a GCP member) for the first time, but we were a little worried as we hadn't cooperated with them before. After we contacted the customer services at JCtrans, they provided us with further details on CT FREIGHT, which allowed us to feel secure in dealing with this new agent. Then we contacted Robert, who helped us contact the principal. The cargo has now been delivered to the consignee in Melbourne, and the financial department of CT FREIGHT sent us an email last week to promise that our share of the payment will be sent to us by the middle of August.
We are always satisfied with the service provided by JCtrans. Our company and CT FREIGHT are both GCP members, and this leads to a better understanding between our two companies and made our cooperation a success. We have many shipments to other locations, so we hope we can increase our cooperation with other agencies with the help of JCtrans. We will introduce our company and our services to agencies all over the world through JCtrans and continue to support them as we have in the past. Further more; we are looking forward to cooperating with other agencies to bring us more and more business and mutual benefits.
