He says they will do their best to avoid this kind of problem and solve it in time once it happens, because it is their mission to create value for customers with their professional services. Future plans
As to the plan and target of Wonderful Transportation Ltd, Mr. Hu considers it is still a small-sized enterprise with total about 100 workers. He hopes that Wonderful Transportation Ltd will be an international corporation which provides internationalized services. As the result, he plans to establish overseas branch offices from America to Europe, and the supply chain management and integration of information are on the way. His next step is to make e-business come true, including the management of repository, betterment of the company's website, payment online system, call center, and so on.
After two or three months' evaluation, he actualizes his plans step by step. Mr. Wu says it is necessary for them to do so because they have to provide better service to customers in order to gain more market.
