Talisman Energy Inc. agreed to sell some North Sea oil properties and assets to a unit of Abu Dhabi National Energy Co. for $550 million.

The properties to be sold include minority stakes in seven North Sea oil fields as well as pipeline and processing assets.

Production from the assets averaged 19,000 barrels of oil equivalent a day last year, Talisman said. It said the assets have proved and probable reserves of 34 million barrels.
