The Registration Form and the Congress Brochure have been approved by the FIATA Secretariat and they cover almost all the questions that might arise from the Congress participants.
About the Payment

The bank-in transfer may require remitter to provide as much detailed personal information as possible for the remittance to be quickly and correctly identified by the PCO. Those information, as regulated, may include but not limited to name, company and country, etc..

When payment is made through credit card, the PCO is kindly requiring receiving by FAX (+86-21-6270-0077) the copies of both sides of the credit card to be debited.
About the Registration

Early Bird policy is only made available to participants who register and make the payment on or before 30 June.
About the Accommodation

? Direct contact with the designated hotels is welcome but NOT encouraged, which may disturb the Congress reservation system and disable the PCO to provide better service to the participants.

? Without a deposit, your hotel reservation cannot be guaranteed. A minimum of 1 night''s deposit for hotels must be paid to secure you booking. Payment for extended night(s) will be charged by the hotel of your choice when checking in. Bookings made after 30 June 2006 could not be guaranteed.
About the Exhibition

Reserve your exhibition space now as the booths are limited in the Congress Exhibition. Reservation progress is updated online. Only those blank booths in the sketch map are available.

Airport–Hotel Transfer

PCO offers transfer service between airport and hotels at a price of USD35 per person per one way transfer, reservation for airport transfer can be made in Registration Form .
About the Excursion and Tours

1 ． Reservation for Post Conference Tours: Please book your tours in Registration Form , and send it back to PCO with the appropriate payment. For our post conference tour C (China Ancient Capital Tour), early reservations are strongly recommended because sizes of these groups are limited. For other tours, you can either book it in advance or book it on-site one day before departure time.

2 ． Group Size and Tour Price: Our published tour prices are based on 6 or more participants and are subject to change if participants are fewer than 6. We will guarantee our departures as long as we have 6 participants on any tour. We reserve the right of changing tour prices and/or canceling tour departures if participants are fewer than 6. In case a tourist chooses to cancel his/her tour reservation because of our price change, no cancellation charge will occur.

3 ． Customized Tour Arrangement: If our conference tours do not meet all you requirement, please contact our official travel (as follows) for a customized tour arrangement.

About the Golf Tournament
