PCO has reserved sufficient rooms in the following hotels Please fill in the relevant section of your registration form indicating your hotel preference. The PCO will forward your reservation request and sent deposit to the hotel of your wish.

Without a deposit, your reservation cannot be guaranteed. A minimum of 1 night''s deposit for hotels must be paid to secure your booking. Booking made after 30 June 2006 could not be guaranteed.

The transfer airport–hotel-airport will be available for participants who stay at the official hotels selected by PCO. It will cost USD35 one way. Please provide the flight details in time to PCO.

Cancellation

If you decide to cancel a hotel and /or tour reservation, you must send written notification to PCO as early as possible.The deposit could not be reimbursed for cancellations made after 1 July 2006.
