The 2nd session of China Jilin-Northeast Asia Investment&Trade Expo, which lasting for 5 days, closed on Sept 6. Transaction value of foreign trade on this Expo totaling amounted to US$384mln, out of which transaction value of export was US$305mln and import was US$79mln. Transaction value of domestic trade in total of RMB1.155bln yuan, with RMB967mln yuan sales value and RMB188mln purchase value. 257 projects were signed between Jilian and 15 countries and regions, like USA and Russia, and 18 provinces (municipalities/autonomous regions) in China. Total investment value amounted to RMB67.4bln yuan.

China Jilin-Northeast Asia Investment and Trade Expo is a large state level, comprehensive international exposition approved by the State Council of China and co-sponsored by the Ministry of Commerce, the Leading Office for Revitalizing the Old Industrial Base of Northeast China and the People''s Government of Jilin Province. It stresses characteristic on regional cooperation in northeast Asia, Year of China and Year of Russia, and vigorously develop Dongbei old industrial base.
